I think this author has a lot of potential, and I’m going to give her another go. What worked for this novel was really engaging and interesting. I think with a bit more polish and practice, this author could be really special.

I was pleasantly surprised by this one. I took a gamble on whether I’d like it, and I found it to be a very enjoyable read. The writing style was pleasant and easy to read, the characters were interesting, and the premise was also intriguing. It’s a very fast-paced novel, and the characters fall fast and hard.

I had very high expectations going into this one, and It did NOT disappoint. The author has a very distinct, unique, and enjoyable writing style. She nailed creating engaging, intriguing characters who grew throughout the novel. Character-driven over plot-driven.

When this book was on, it was ON!!! There are so many great memorable quotes from this one that were so so 🔥🔥🔥. Overall, I enjoyed it, and I thought it was a fun, sexy, enjoyable read.
I like my books to have a little bit more character development and world-building than this one did, but on the whole, I enjoyed the banter In this one. I could have chosen a host of sexy quotes to highlight, that’s for sure.
